Jacqui Scrace - Trustee

Jacqui was Joe’s Community Children’s Nurse, providing nursing care for him at home and in hospital as well as helping to support his family throughout treatment.

Jacqui carries the Paediatric Oncology caseload within the Community Children's Nursing Team based at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester.  She has been qualified as a children’s nurse for 10 yrs and has experience working in both the acute and the community setting. 

Jacqui cares a great deal about achieving the best possible care and getting it right for children and their families so was keen to accept the invitation to become a trustee for the Joe Glover Trust.

Jacqui was rewarded for her work associated with pallative care, winning the International Journal of Palliative Nursing Awards - Palliative Care Nurse of the Year Award 2007, the year she cared for Joe. Click here for details.
